# Terms of Use
**Last updated: 25-01-2026**
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aaryanova.com (the “Site”), operated by Aaryanova (“Aaryanova”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

## 1. About These Terms
These Terms cover use of the **Site only**. They do not govern the provision of consulting services. Any engagement between Aaryanova and a client is governed by a separate written agreement — a statement of work, master services agreement, or equivalent — which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict.
—
## 2. Nothing Here Is Professional Advice
The Site describes our capabilities and publishes general commentary on cybersecurity topics. This content is provided for information only.
**It is not a security assessment of your environment, and it is not professional advice.** Security decisions depend on your specific architecture, threat model, regulatory context, and risk appetite. Applying general guidance without that context can leave you less secure, not more.
Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of Site content alone. If you need advice on your own systems, engage us or another qualified professional so the recommendation can be grounded in your actual circumstances.
—
## 3. No Client Relationship
Browsing the Site, reading our material, or submitting the contact form does **not** create a consulting or advisory relationship with Aaryanova. No such relationship exists until both parties have signed a written agreement.
Until that point, correspondence with us is not covered by any professional duty of confidentiality beyond our Privacy Policy, and we recommend you do not send sensitive material. See Section 5.
—
## 4. Permitted Use
You may access and use the Site for lawful purposes, including evaluating our services and reading our published material. You may share and quote our content for non-commercial purposes provided you attribute it to Aaryanova and link to the source page.
You must not:
– Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting infrastructure, its administrative interfaces, or any connected system
– Conduct vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, fuzzing, credential stuffing, or any other security testing against the Site without our prior written authorisation
– Introduce malware, or attempt to interfere with, disable, or degrade the availability of the Site
– Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data, including for the purpose of training machine learning models
– Use automated systems to submit the contact form, or attempt to circumvent our anti-spam controls
– Impersonate Aaryanova, any Aaryanova employee, or any other person
– Republish substantial portions of our content as your own, or use our material to market competing services
– Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or infringes the rights of others
We monitor the Site for abuse. Attempts to compromise it will be logged, blocked, and where appropriate reported to law enforcement.
**Responsible disclosure.** If you discover a genuine security vulnerability in the Site, we would rather hear from you than not. Please report it to support@aaryanova.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue action against researchers who act in good faith, avoid privacy violations and service degradation, and do not access or exfiltrate data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
—
## 5. Your Submissions
When you submit information through the contact form or by email:
– You confirm the information you provide is accurate, and that you are authorised to provide it
– You must not submit credentials, access tokens, client-confidential material, personal data belonging to third parties, or specific unremediated vulnerability details
– You grant us permission to use your submission for the purpose of responding to you and, where relevant, delivering services
**Web forms and email are not secure channels.** If your enquiry involves sensitive technical detail, contact us first and we will establish an appropriate channel before you send anything.
We may decline, delete, or refuse to respond to any submission at our discretion, including submissions that appear automated, abusive, or unlawful.
—
## 6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, layout, design, methodologies, frameworks, and the Aaryanova name and logo — is owned by Aaryanova or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as permitted in Section 4, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
Third-party names and marks referenced on the Site, including cloud platforms and security frameworks, remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or certification unless expressly stated.
—
## 7. Accuracy and Availability
We take care to keep Site content accurate and current, but cybersecurity moves quickly. Guidance that was sound when published may be superseded. We make no warranty that content is complete, current, or free from error, and we are under no obligation to update it.
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict all or part of the Site for maintenance, security, or business reasons without notice.
—
## 8. Statistics and Claims
Figures presented on the Site, including engagement counts and client outcomes, reflect our records at the time of publication and are aggregated across our portfolio. They describe past work. They are not a prediction, warranty, or guarantee of the outcome of any future engagement.
Security outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including client implementation of our recommendations, changes in the threat landscape, and the actions of third parties.
—
## 9. Third-Party Links
The Site links to external websites, including LinkedIn, which we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and do not endorse the content, products, or practices of those sites. Following an external link is at your own risk and subject to that operator’s terms and privacy policy.
—
## 10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided **”as is”** and **”as available”**, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aaryanova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site, on any basis, is limited to GBP 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This section does not affect the liability provisions of any signed services agreement, which govern our engagement work.
—
## 11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Aaryanova against any claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
—
## 12. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is governed by our [Privacy Policy](https://aaryanova.com/privacy-policy), which forms part of these Terms.
—
## 13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date records the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
—
## 14. General
**Severability.** If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
**No waiver.** Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
**Entire agreement.** These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
**Governing law.** These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
